1. The bats at Congress Bridge - It is so crazy...every night at sundown 1.5 million Mexican bats take flight for their night-time feast. I'm no bat fan, but this is really incredible and quite breathtaking site. Warning: the bat poopy is very stinky!
2. Mount Bonnell - This is the highest point in Austin city limits. The best part is there are only 102 stairs to get to the top! This is about as high as mountains get here in Texas!

Driving home from Mount Bonnell I spotted this beauty sitting on this rock wall. I was able to get quite close before it got spooked and hopped down.3. Lake Travis - We were able to spend Saturday cooking burgers on a grill at the park in Lake Travis. Then we went for a dip in the water which stays at a perfect 80 degree temp.

Can you tell we are sisters?4. San Antonio Temple - Hails was kind enough to watch little Bretty and our friend's daughter while we went to the temple! It is a beautiful temple with lots of stained glass!
5. The Alamo and Riverwalk in San Antonio - Hailee's last day in Texas we spent sightseeing. The Alamo is quite a site to see. Pee-Wee Herman's bike is supposedly in the basment, but I don't think there is a basement to the Alamo.

How fun! You guys look like you're really enjoying it down there. I can't believe how big lil' Brett is getting! He is such a cutie! Hope you are doing well! Hows the family??

Cottage cheese bum? It is pretty cute, but I think their are a couple of things that are a little cuter. You and Hogs look beautiful!
